These Terms govern your use of the Resurface app. By using the app you agree to them. The app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Resurface on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
Resurface helps you review and delete your own photos. Deletion is always performed with your explicit confirmation through Apple's system dialog and removes photos from your photo library (which may sync to your other devices and iCloud). You are responsible for your photos; we recommend keeping a backup. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for photos you choose to delete.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that automated suggestions (such as "similar" or "blurry" detection) are always accurate — you always make the final decision before deleting.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of photos you chose to delete.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Changes will be posted on this page.
